The easiest way to order is right in our shopping app. Build your list, send it over, and we take it from there. It feels less like a gig app and more like sending a friend to the store. Prefer to talk to a person? We have got you covered too.

Download Our Shopping App and Connect With Us

Download our free shopping app on Apple or Android, or order from your computer at buy.dumpling.us. When you come through our website or invite link, you are connected straight to Caylee and me, your local shoppers. New to it? We are just a call or text away at 727-893-8840 to walk you through your very first order.

Step Two

Build Your List

Adding items is easy. Write in any item by name, search the built-in product catalog, or pull from your saved and recent items. Attach a photo or note if you are particular about a brand or cut. Pick any local store you like. Your lists save automatically, so reordering your weekly staples takes seconds.

Step Three

We Shop, and We Stay in Touch

Once your order comes through, we are on it. We chat with you right in the app, send photos, and confirm any substitutions before we buy. We check the back room, ask the butcher, and visit more than one store if that is what your order needs. No rushing, no guessing.

Step Four

We Deliver, You Relax

We bring everything to your door, or stock your vacation rental kitchen before you arrive. You always pay the real in-store price for all items purchased and every BOGO, sale, and loyalty savings is passed straight through to you. You get the original store receipt plus a separate order receipt. We charge 20% ($15 min.) for our concierge shopping & delivery services.
